What you'll do
- Manage payroll processing using Zoho Payroll , ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement for both blue-collar and white-collar employees
- Handle deductions, bonuses, and tax calculations as per the companys compliance requirements
- Generate detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management review
- Oversee employee life-cycle management using Zoho People
- Manage employee data, attendance, leave policies, and performance tracking for both types of employees (blue-collar and white-collar)
