What you'll do
- Providing support for sales team via on-site and remote client meetings
- Preparing queries, writing proposals, and completing RFP documentation during the solution development phase of new opportunities
- Leading prospects through a proof of concept with custom trainings based on their localization requirements
- Supporting Customer Success Managers for complex customer queries
- Working closely with the product team to make sure that customer requirements are mapped and understood
