Product Designer

About the role

We’re looking for a Product Designer to turn that technical depth into clear, useful, and thoughtfully crafted experiences. This is a hands-on, early-stage role with scope across Pramaana - not a position confined to one product, feature, or industry. Your work will span customer-facing applications, self-serve and developer experiences, internal tools, and the shared systems that connect them.

What you'll do

• Own design from discovery through launch. Frame problems, explore solutions, create flows and prototypes, deliver detailed designs
• Make complex systems understandable. Design ways for users to work with knowledge, rules, dependencies
• Create shared experiences that scale. Shape foundations such as onboarding, identity, workspaces, permissions, API access, and usage reporting. Design for new products
• Build and evolve our design system. Establish reusable components, interaction patterns
• Use research and experimentation to guide decisions. Talk to users, observe their workflows, test prototypes
