About the role
We are looking for a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead category management across a range of indirect spend areas, including HR, Marketing, Facilities, Finance, Travel, Contingent Workforce (contractors/outsourcing) and Operations. You will drive sourcing strategies, lead supplier negotiations, and manage the contract lifecycle from start to finish.
What you'll do
- Lead the development and execution of category strategies across indirect spend areas, identifying opportunities to optimize cost, improve supplier performance
- Own sourcing initiatives end-to-end — running competitive bids, negotiating commercial and contractual terms
- Coordinate and quarterback the contract review process across Legal, Privacy, InfoSec, AI Council, and Finance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior internal stakeholders and business partners
- Use data analytics and AI-driven tools to identify savings opportunities, track supplier performance, and generate insights that improve procurement decision making
