What you'll do
- IT Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Provide first and second-line technical support, both remotely and in person, by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software
- Escalate complex problems to higher-level teams when needed and assist users with step-by-step troubleshooting
- System Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor IT systems, software, and networks, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues before they impact users
- Training and Support: Train and assist users in effectively using systems, applications, and hardware while promoting best practices for security and data management
- Software and Hardware Installation: Assist in installing and configuring software, operating systems, and hardware, ensuring compatibility with existing systems
