What you'll do

• Leading Salesforce managed services delivery for client support activities, process execution, and issue resolution across multiple workstreams
• Guiding teams through data review, enrichment, processing, and validation of customer information within Salesforce environments
• Coordinating implementation and monitoring of quality controls, control procedures, and quality metrics to support service consistency
• Advising clients on application evolution activities, including configuration, customization, integration, and ongoing lifecycle support
• Directing problem solving across ambiguous situations by applying systems thinking to identify root causes and improvement opportunities
