What you'll do

• Supporting Salesforce DevOps activities across client support engagements and application lifecycle tasks
• Executing data review, enrichment, and processing activities to maintain accurate client records and transaction flow
• Monitoring quality control checks, documenting findings, and escalating issues for timely resolution
• Assisting with release coordination, deployment preparation, and validation of configuration updates
• Managing service requests, incident tracking, and status updates across assigned workstreams
