What you'll do
- Supporting Salesforce OmniStudio and Vlocity service tasks across client support activities and managed delivery workflows
- Processing customer data, reviewing records, and maintaining data quality across case and transaction handling activities
- Configuring and updating Salesforce components to support workflow changes, user requests, and application enhancements
- Monitoring service queues, triaging issues, and escalating complex items for timely resolution
- Documenting procedures, process updates, and case outcomes to support consistent service delivery
