What you'll do
- Gathering requirements from operations and client stakeholders, and defining KPIs and metrics. Analyzing operational datasets using SQL (SQL Server
- Creating and modifying Power BI data models, Power Query transformations
- Identifying opportunities to automate reporting workflows using Power BI and Power Platform tools. Communicating analytical insights through dashboards, reports
- Analyzing client operational processes to identify inefficiencies, process gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Gathering and organizing process data from multiple sources to support workflow evaluation and issue tracking
