- Developing client-facing deliverables that translate manufacturing strategy, cost drivers, and feasibility findings into actionable recommendations
- Applying lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process simulation techniques to improve throughput, resource use, and operational performance
- Supporting product lifecycle and portfolio activities by evaluating roadmap choices, product ideation inputs, and go-to-market impacts
