What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end expense and BASP accounting, including balance sheet reconciliations, month-end close, reporting, and ensuring timely and accurate deliverables
- Drive team performance and process improvement through KPI monitoring, error-reduction plans, standardization, governance, and transformation initiatives
- Lead stakeholder and team development activities, including regular onshore connects, training, knowledge-sharing, cross-skilling, capacity management, backup planning
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Managing expense accounting or managed services teams
