What you'll do
- Act as an SME for expense and BASP accounting, overseeing balance sheet reconciliations, month-end close, intercompany accounting, fixed assets, DRP reporting, accruals
- Drive process improvement and transformation, including standardization, smooth transitions, cross-training, backup planning
- Mentor and support junior team members, resolve complex accounting queries, review team deliverables, and ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned processes
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
