What you'll do
- Lead Fund/GP accounting and financial reporting, covering book closure, GAAP financial statements and disclosures, cash/capital reconciliations, tax compliance
- Drive team and process management, including managing direct reports, improving controls and SOPs, resolving workflow inefficiencies
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Managing general partner accounting engagements across client portfolios
- Leading planning, budgeting, execution, and completion activities
