What you'll do
- Manage core GP accounting and reporting activities, including book closure, GAAP financial statements and disclosures, cash and Fund-to-GP reconciliations
- Drive process improvement and operational efficiency by independently resolving variances, addressing workflow inefficiencies
- Lead people and stakeholder management, including managing direct reports, conducting 1:1s and performance discussions
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Crafting clear messages that tell a holistic story
