What you'll do
- Leading transaction advisory workstreams focused on merger, acquisition, divestiture, and post-deal value creation activities
- Managing project planning, budgeting, timelines, and deliverables across multiple client engagements
- Conducting financial analysis, valuation support, and scenario modeling to inform deal and integration decisions
- Guiding teams through commercial diligence, synergy assessment, and value creation planning for transactions
