- Monitoring cloud platforms, system performance, and operational incidents to identify issues and support timely resolution
- Administering cloud environments across Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, and Oracle Cloud Platform Services
- Applying cloud operations tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace APM, and Performance Monitor to track availability and performance trends
- Supporting cloud migration, cloud compliance, and infrastructure optimization activities within managed service environments
