What you'll do
- Leading Oracle HCM reporting workstreams using BIP, OTBI, and FDI to translate client reporting needs into actionable analytics
- Managing project plans, deliverables, and timelines across multiple client engagements while balancing competing priorities
- Coaching team members on report design, data validation, and troubleshooting methods for Oracle analytics solutions
- Developing and reviewing dashboards, ad hoc reports, and visualizations that support workforce and finance decision-making
- Analyzing data flows across Oracle HCM and connected systems to identify reporting gaps, transformation needs, and integration dependencies
