What you'll do
- Analyzing client Oracle HCM requirements and translating them into functional solution designs
- Configuring Oracle HCM Cloud modules to support human capital processes and business needs
- Supporting implementation activities across Oracle Human Capital applications, from design through deployment
- Developing testing scenarios, validating results, and resolving system issues during implementation cycles
- Preparing user guidance and facilitating training materials for Oracle HCM end users
