What you'll do

• Processing payroll accounting transactions and reconciling employee pay records across pay cycles
• Reviewing payroll data for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with labor laws, policies, and internal controls
• Maintaining employee master data, payroll documentation, and transaction records in HR systems
• Responding to payroll and employee inquiries, researching issues, and routing exceptions through defined HR procedures
• Supporting payroll adjustments, terminations, retroactive changes, and absence-related updates
