• Leading Salesforce implementation workstreams across client service and case management initiatives
• Managing project planning, budgeting, timelines, and delivery activities for Salesforce Service Cloud engagements
• Guiding teams through requirements elicitation, process design, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Analyzing client business needs and translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions that support service operations
• Overseeing Salesforce administration, system integration, and platform enhancements across multiple environments
