- Current-State Assessment & Opportunity Identification
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the current state and pain points across key pillars, including Data, Technology, Process, People, and Risk & Controls
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize tasks, sub-processes, or areas where friction is acute and AI can provide a significant impact
- Utilize AI-driven tools and methodologies to perform in-depth current-state analysis and uncover opportunities for automation and optimization
- AI/GenAI Proof-of-Concept (POC) Development
