About the role
In specialised tax services at PwC, you will focus on providing tax advice and solutions to clients in complex and niche areas of taxation. This includes areas such as accounting methods, fixed-assets and research and development tax credits. What you'll do
- Assist Associate Director in handling advisory and compliance engagements (tax/regulatory structuring, litigation support, funds, LLPs, trusts, etc.)
- Support matters relating to Income-tax, SEBI regulations, FEMA, Companies Act, NBFC, banking, insurance, AIFs, REITs/InvITs, and related laws
- Manage routine compliances including TDS returns, annual tax filings, and regulatory submissions
- Prepare submissions/appeals for tax authorities, DRP, CIT(A), ITAT, AAR, and higher courts
- Interpret international tax treaties and overseas tax regulations
