About the role
As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.
What you'll do
- Design and develop ServiceNow FSM solutions including Work Order Management, Scheduling & Dispatch, and Mobile Work Execution
- Configure and customize FSM workflows, mobile applications, and integrations with SAP and other enterprise systems
- Develop solutions using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, Jelly, HTML, XML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Manage and maintain CMDB foundational data related to WSD/facility assets
- Support code promotion, data migration, CI/CD pipelines, and platform health reviews
