- Work closely with project team to understand the requirements, understand the user stories and convert them into Test Scripts (covering both positive and corner/…
- Analyse requirements and prepare a query list. If requirements are unclear
- Liaise with the Development team/ leads in identifying and clarifying potential challenges in functionality
- Ensure Delivery standards and practises are followed by you
- Keep existing certifications up to date in a timely manner (within 1 month) as soon as refresher/maintenance exams become available (Salesforce and other as applicable)
