What you'll do
- The 2nd Provision Master is responsible for maintaining Food and Beverage (F&B) stores, including recording, controlling, and issuing inventory to operational departments
- They are responsible for promptly informing the F&B Storekeeper of slow-moving items, managing inventory, and keeping them informed about critical supply levels
- They monitor consumption trends, report discrepancies, and assist in USPH pre-inspections
- The 2nd Provision Master also participates in internal loading of stores items, issues last-minute orders, and reports technical defects
- They ensure compliance with inventory and product control policies and procedures
