What you'll do
- Participate in stock counts of all F&B items stored in the store rooms
- Follow all inventory and product control policies and procedures at all times and reports any discrepancies to the F&B Storekeeper immediately
- Inspect and evaluate the quality of food received during loading to ensure it meets company and product specifications
- Consistently maintains assigned F&B stores, including recording, controlling and issuing inventory to operational departments and monitoring expiration dates
- Assists the F&B Storekeeper with stock rotation and provides input on consumption patterns as requested
