What you'll do

• The Hotel Storekeeper is responsible for efficient inventory control, storage, and distribution of all hotel consumables onboard
• This role ensures accurate stock levels, proper handling of goods, and adherence to company standards and safety regulations
• Manage inventory control processes for all hotel supplies, including food & beverage items, housekeeping materials, and guest amenities
• Oversee the receiving process for all incoming deliveries, carefully inspecting quantities and product quality against purchase orders
• Ensure proper storage and organization of all inventory items, applying FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles, maintaining clear labeling systems
