About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Global Payroll Associate to manage end-to-end payroll operations across multiple countries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in global payroll processing, payroll compliance, employee taxation, and stakeholder management.
What you'll do
- Process monthly payroll for multiple countries accurately and within timelines
- Coordinate with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders globally
- Ensure compliance with country-specific payroll regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements
- Reconcile payroll reports and resolve payroll discrepancies
- Manage payroll audits, employee queries, and reporting requirements
