About the role

The Staffing Consultant supports the effective deployment of consulting professionals across client engagements. The role partners with business leaders, project managers, and recruiting teams to understand demand, identify suitable talent, manage staffing transitions, and maintain accurate resource plans.

What you'll do

• Maintain an up-to-date view of resource availability, project assignments, upcoming roll-offs, and staffing demand
• Coordinate staffing decisions with project leaders, people managers, capability leads, and other relevant stakeholders
• Manage assignment changes, extensions, transitions, and roll-offs, ensuring timely communication to all parties
• Identify potential capacity gaps or supply constraints early and recommend options such as redeployment, hiring, or schedule changes
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring priorities, role profiles, and expected demand
