Finance and Accounts Executive

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Accounts and Finance Manager to manage the daily financial operations of our Pharma company in Hyderabad . The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of Accounting software like Tally , SAP & other statutory compliance related (GST & TDS) budgeting, and cost control .

What you'll do

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Accounting department including Accounts Payable/receivables, Fixed Assets, Bank reconciliations and General Ledger
• Lead the Finance & Accounts function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with Indian statutory laws and internal policies
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements , budget forecasts, MIS reports, and variance analyses
• Oversee and control project cash flows, working capital , and fund management to ensure optimal liquidity for operations
• Supervise compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, Labour Cess , and other regulatory requirements under Indian law
