About the role
We are looking for a Finance Shared Services Leader with a domain expertise of accounting to build and lead Shared Services team supporting Finance & Accounting operations of our organization. This role will play a key role in transitioning, transforming processes and ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of the deliverables.
What you'll do
- Build and lead a high performing team of accounting professionals; provide technical guidance, mentorship and coaching
- Support in strategic planning, direction and oversight of daily accounting operations and ensuring adherence to quality and SLAs
- Drive transformation initiatives leveraging technology and automation to streamline processes and eliminate manual efforts
- Support / lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new tools, systems, and processes
