About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Sourcing Specialist with a strong background in identifying and engaging top talent in Information Security and Cybersecurity domains. This role is focused purely on sourcing and pipeline building, without stakeholder management responsibilities.
What you'll do
- Execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify and attract cybersecurity professionals across various platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, etc.)
- Use advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search, X-ray search, and competitive intelligence
- Conduct initial outreach and pre-screening to assess candidate interest and basic qualifications
- Maintain accurate candidate data and sourcing metrics in the ATS
- Stay updated on cybersecurity hiring trends, certifications, and technologies
