About the role
Your work ensures no student is invisible. The data you maintain is what allows the team to intervene early, celebrate wins, and improve the program cohort by cohort.
What you'll do
- Monitor LMS data and track student progress across all cohorts
- Maintain attendance logs and milestone completion records
- Compile session reports from mentors into clear progress summaries
- Flag at-risk or disengaged students to the Program Coordinator
- Prepare regular progress reports for the Director of Operations
