Every volunteer you bring in directly expands Proximity Foundation's capacity to run sessions and serve more students. You're building the human infrastructure of the program.
What you'll do
- Identify and reach out to prospective volunteers across all open roles
- Source mentor candidates through LinkedIn, universities, and community networks
- Screen and interview candidates to match them to suitable roles
- Coordinate volunteer onboarding with the Program Coordinator Lead
- Maintain a live volunteer pipeline tracker
