About the role
We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineering Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist the Civil Engineer in various projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
What you'll do
- Prepare and design the drafts, engineering reports and construction documents by using CAD and other civil related software's
- Coordinate, support civil engineers by gathering and inputting project specifications, amendments, and regulatory requirements
- Assist in conducting research on materials, regulations, and best practices relevant to civil engineering projects and maintain the project databases
- Coordinate scheduling of meetings and project timelines among team members, Engineers, Clients, and stakeholders
- Assist in organizing the project and maintaining budgets and ensure compliance with all engineering standards and safety regulations
