About the role
The Estate Manager for an International School is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all administrative and operational functions to support the institution's development and day-to-day activities.
What you'll do
- Oversee, manage day-to-day administrative functions, new projects, and maintenance across the campus, ensuring smooth workflows in collaboration with the civil team
- Ensure and manage all the inventory, procurement and vendor relationships for Supplies and Services
- Assists in budget preparation, Monitoring and controlling the administrative expenses and work with the finance department to ensure timely payment of invoices
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies, government regulations, Licensing, FSSAI and AMCs and accreditation standards
- Ensure documentation for PYP (Primary Years Programme), IBDP (International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme)
