About the role
The Purchase Associate is responsible for assisting in the procurement process, ensuring that our organization maintains a steady supply of quality goods and services necessary for operational effectiveness.
What you'll do
- Creating purchase orders, and other relevant documents accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain effective communication with suppliers to track order status, resolve any discrepancies, and address potential issues
- Maintain accurate databases and up-to-date records of invoices, purchase orders, Stock levels and other paperwork
