About the role
Lead SDET will be responsible for planning and performing both manual & automated testing and improving overall quality assurance practices. The position’s purpose includes, but is not limited to: Leading the team of 4-5 database testers Performing code reviews and mentoring and the coaching the team on deliverables.
What you'll do
- Develop test plans and tools to thoroughly test Oracle software on Linux platform
- Implement manual and automated tests and improve test coverage
- Collaborate with developers, testers, project managers, business analysts and business users in conceptualizing, estimating
- Assist in defining software development project plans, including scoping, scheduling, providing time estimates for programming tasks and implementation plans
- Assist in the definition, development, and documentation of software’s objectives, business requirements, deliverables
