What you'll do
- What You Will Do You will lead solution delivery through strong architecture, hands-on engineering, quality ownership, stakeholder collaboration
- Remain technically engaged while enabling the team to operate effectively across business analysis, development, testing, data, automation, and support
- Technical Leadership & Team Enablement Provide hands-on technical leadership, direction, coaching, and mentoring to engineers; foster accountability, collaboration
- Break complex outcomes into clear work packages, delegate effectively, remove technical blockers, manage dependencies, and communicate delivery risks and trade-offs early
- Guide engineering estimation, planning, execution, reviews, defect resolution, and production stabilization across build, enhancement, and maintenance initiatives
