About the role

At the core of all that Epsilon does is a team that sets the foundation of our IT infrastructure. The team drives innovation and efficiency through pioneering technology across Epsilon's platforms and business verticals. From being the first point of contact for infrastructure needs to final deployment, the team provides end-to-end solutions for our client-facing platforms.

What you'll do

• Support the execution of privacy operations and program initiatives, including both planned projects and ad hoc efforts
• Contribute to improving operational efficiency through the use of internal AI tools and process enhancements
• Develop and deliver materials and presentations to support training, project updates, and internal communications
• Partner with the Global Security Office, Procurement, and Product teams to support the delivery of privacy program objectives
• Execute and support core privacy processes, including third-party risk management, data subject requests (DSRs), and data inventory maintenance
