About the role
Overview The Senior Associate – Compensation & Benefits will be responsible to design, execution, and governance of compensation programs across the organization. The role will primarily focus on compensation operations, salary benchmarking, annual compensation cycles, job evaluation, market analysis, and compensation analytics while partnering closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders.
What you'll do
- Conduct market benchmarking using compensation surveys (Mercer, WTW, Aon/Radford, Korn Ferry, etc.) and provide compensation recommendations
- Prepare compensation proposals for new hires, promotions, internal movements, and retention cases
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners on offer evaluations and compensation approvals
- Analyze compensation trends, pay equity, and workforce costs to support strategic decision-making
- Develop dashboards, reports, and compensation analytics using Excel and reporting tools
