About the role
We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of insights for Epsilon PeopleCloud’s Customer Data Platform. The role will focus on helping data and audience owners understand the health, quality, readiness, and business usability of their customer data and audiences.
What you'll do
- CDP Insights Strategy and Roadmap Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for CDP reporting and insights
- Identify the highest-value decisions that data owners, audience owners, marketers, and operations teams need to make
- Translate these decisions into dashboards, metrics, alerts, diagnostic workflows, and AI-assisted experiences
- Prioritize near-term customer value while contributing to the longer-term PeopleCloud insights architecture
- Establish clear success measures for adoption, data-quality improvement, operational efficiency, and business impact
