About the role
We are looking for a highly technical, customer-oriented Product Manager to lead our Agentic Platform and AI strategy while driving the roadmap for our analytics and reporting platform.
What you'll do
- AI and Agentic Platform
- Own platform capabilities including agent orchestration, model and tool integration, context and knowledge management, evaluation frameworks, observability, governance
- Lead the strategy and development of publisher- and marketplace-facing AI experiences that transform complex marketplace data into actionable intelligence
- Build rigorous evaluation methodologies combining offline evaluation, golden datasets, LLM-based evaluation, human review, experimentation, and production telemetry
- Define success metrics across AI quality, customer adoption, task completion, business impact, latency, reliability, and cost
