About the role
The Retail HR role partners closely with retail operations to support people-related initiatives across stores. The role focuses on driving hiring, employee engagement, capability development, and compliance while building a strong connect with store teams and supporting the overall employee experience in the region
What you'll do
- This is a one-year contractual position
- Based on performance, there may be an opportunity to transition to a permanent, on-roll position
- However, conversion is not guaranteed, and the contract will conclude upon completion of the one-year term if no extension or conversion is offered
