About the role
The Area Retail Associate (ARA) supports the Area Sales Manager by ensuring operational excellence, brand consistency, and sales performance across multiple PUMA SIS in a designated region. This role acts as a bridge between store teams and area leadership, helping drive store execution, training, and compliance.
What you'll do
- Assist multiple SIS with day-to-day operational requirements
- Analyze SIS performance and share insights with the Area Sales Manager
- Ensure VM standards are implemented consistently across all SIS
- Coordinate with VM team for execution of seasonal updates, campaigns, and product launches
- Audit SIS display quality and provide corrective action plans
