What you'll do
- Responsible Existing store maintenance work
- Responsible for All Vendor Service Agreements & Rate Contract Sign Off
- Work with Sales Teams for store requirement, Project Handover, R&M work
- Responsible for project Cost Sheet summary submission projecting budgeted cost and making a comparison with the actual cost incurred
- Closing all vendor bills within the stipulated time of project handover
