About the role
To ensure enhancement of visual representation of each Puma store by continuously updating the look and feel of the space. Fostering VM creativity to front end team through VM trainings, Competitions & Store Audits Alpha execution of Resec which includes Campaigns, Seasonal visual change overs and Key story roll outs
What you'll do
- Responsible for all formats of stores- EBOs, Partner, SIS & LFR
- Provide support to store teams to ensure brand and visual merchandising standards are understood and consistently upheld
- Plan, order and coordinate for VM supplies for seasonal / monthly changes for the set of stores
- Train Store Management and Support teams on merchandising standards, proper fixture utilization and techniques
- Organizing and sending weekly/monthly reports to the Head Office and implementing feedback
