What you'll do

• Day-to-day scheduling of all shoot workflows across the studio, ensuring maximum utilisation without compromising quality
• Workflow design and continuous improvement across the packshot , OMI, and AI-assisted production pipelines
• Studio readiness for peak season surges, including shift planning and temporary crew scaling
• Briefing and directing Production, Art Direction, Styling and Postproduction, ensuring every shoot brief is understood and executed correctly
• Support the AI workflow integration — ghost mannequin swaps, background generation
