What you'll do
- Own and continuously evolve the overall look & feel of eCommerce on-model and pack shot productions
- Lead, mentor, and develop Art Directors and on-set teams
- Act as the final decision-maker for creative quality and image selection
- Serve as the key interface between the local studio and the Global Photography Team
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture on set
