About the role
The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end control and reconciliation of retail sales and inventory transactions across POS and SAP. The role will ensure that sales and stock movements are accurately recorded, reconciled and synchronized across systems, with timely resolution of transaction/document-related issues.
What you'll do
- Identify and investigate mismatches, unposted sales and stuck/failed documents
- Ensure timely clearance and posting of all pending/stuck sales documents
- Ensure complete and accurate sales posting in SAP
- Ensure all physical stock movements are accurately captured and synchronized between POS and SAP
- Track pending, failed or unmatched stock movement documents and drive timely closure
